Our Chef's Table Dinner Series is a communal 8 course culinary experience set inside of the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel at Brim House. Chef's Table dinners are held monthly at Brim House, under the influence of Chef Aaron Lawson. Each menu will change monthly based on seasonal & local ingredient availability. The Chef's Table is limited to 26 seats.
Join us for an 8 course meal that focuses on molecular gastronomy! Chef Aaron Lawson will investigate the physical and chemical transformations of ingredients that occur in cooking by creating 8 courses that are sure to be a spectacle. Cooking is recognized to have three components: social, artistic & technical. We will explore these components while pairing them with scientific-themed cocktails.
