Our Chef's Table Dinner Series is a communal 8 course culinary experience set inside of the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel at Brim House. Chef's Table dinners are held monthly at Brim House, under the influence of Chef Aaron Lawson. Each menu will change monthly based on seasonal & local ingredient availability. The Chef's Table is limited to 26 seats.
Join us for a vegan dinner featuring our friends at Chef's Garden! Chef's Garden is a local farm out of rural Ohio that supplies us with unique and flavorful vegetables and microgreens. We will explore how Chef Aaron Lawson utilizes seasonal vegetables in an unconventional way. Each course will be accompanied with a wine pairing.
